Stupendastic
Automating the back office of an audiovisual production company
Stupendastic films construction, real-estate and architecture projects. I automated their internal processes on top of Monday.com and built dashboards to see every person's tasks at a glance.
- My role
- Automation engineer and dashboard developer
- Stack
- Python · Monday.com API · Dropbox API · Next.js · Express

Results
- 10–15internal processes automated
- 10+ hof manual data entry saved every week
- 2dashboards to follow the team's workload
The challenge
Every shoot produces files, deadlines and handoffs across a team. Tasks lived in Monday.com, files in Dropbox, and people spent hours each week copying data between them and chasing status.
What I built
- Python automations that connect Monday.com and Dropbox, running on on-premise and cloud servers.
- Between ten and fifteen internal workflows automated end to end, replacing manual data entry.
- Two dashboards that show each person's tasks and workload, so managers can rebalance work before it slips.
