AliceTrader
A real-time automated trading app, built from scratch
AliceTrader is an invitation-only automated trading platform connected to tastytrade accounts. We built the application from scratch, including every connection to live account and market data.

The challenge
Traders need to see positions and results the moment they change, and an automated strategy is only trustworthy if every action is visible and logged. The app had to stay fast while streaming live data, and keep accounts secure.
What I built
- The whole Nuxt 3 and Vuetify application: dashboard, trades, statistics, crypto, settings and activity logs.
- Live connection to tastytrade accounts over server-sent events, so the interface updates without polling.
- Onboarding, two-factor authentication and role-based access control for the admin area.
- A rework of API consumption that cut data load times by 30%.
