I designed and built its AI engine and analysis layer. Results: 5 AI assistants measured: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok and Meta AI; 8 pipeline stages, from the question to verifying the result; 4 specialised agents that set up, analyse and recommend; 0–100 visibility score, plus share of voice, position and citations. - [SIGUE Network: From WordPress to Next.js: a faster home for a social-impact network](https://david-tamayo.netlify.app/projects/sigue-network/): SIGUE Network connects NGOs, social projects and companies across Latin America. I built and ran its WordPress site, then led the full migration to Next.js with an Express back end and a separate member portal. Results: 25+ routes migrated, each mapped from its WordPress URL; 2 languages, Spanish and English, on every page; 1 member portal with its own sign-in, separate from the public site; Much faster, fully responsive pages instead of a page builder. - [CASA Ecuador: A configurable evaluation engine for a national green-building certification](https://david-tamayo.netlify.app/projects/casa-ecuador/): CASA is Ecuador's national sustainable-construction certification, run by the CEES under an agreement with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Technology (MIT). We built the platform that takes each project from registration through evaluation to a verifiable certificate. Results: 5 certification levels, from Certified to Platinum; 7 areas scored: energy, water, waste, biodiversity, health, climate and social value; 3 steps for every project: registration, evaluation, certification; Certificates validated by QR code. - [Concreto: Making a construction marketplace findable by Google, Bing and AI agents](https://david-tamayo.netlify.app/projects/concreto/): Concreto is a purchasing network for construction in Ecuador: buyers ask once and get compared offers from verified suppliers. I worked on its search visibility, internal automation and sales analytics. Results: 2,174 URLs in the sitemap, including 1,902 product pages with images; 9 AI crawlers explicitly allowed, from GPTBot to ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot; Structured data on every page type: products, categories, FAQ and site search; Bing duplicate-description warning and Google soft 404 on the blog fixed. - [Stupendastic: Automating the back office of an audiovisual production company](https://david-tamayo.netlify.app/projects/stupendastic/): Stupendastic films construction, real-estate and architecture projects. I automated their internal processes on top of Monday.com and built dashboards to see every person's tasks at a glance. Results: 10–15 internal processes automated; 10+ h of manual data entry saved every week; 2 dashboards to follow the team's workload. - [AliceTrader: A real-time automated trading app, built from scratch](https://david-tamayo.netlify.app/projects/alicetrader/): AliceTrader is an invitation-only automated trading platform connected to tastytrade accounts. We built the application from scratch, including every connection to live account and market data. Results: 30% faster data loading after reworking how the app consumes the API; Live account data streamed from tastytrade over server-sent events; Dashboard, trades, statistics, crypto, onboarding, 2FA and admin, all from scratch. - [CafExporto: Moving a specialty-coffee exporter from WordPress to Astro](https://david-tamayo.netlify.app/projects/cafexporto/): CafExporto exports Ecuadorian specialty coffee from farms in the Andes, the Pacific slope and the Amazon. I first built their site on WordPress, then migrated the whole design to a faster, modern stack. Results: 50 indexed pages, including 34 pages for individual coffee lots; Static Astro pages instead of a WordPress theme and plugins; Sitemap and organization data for search engines. ## All projects - [Asoma](https://asoma.lat/): SaaS that measures how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok and Meta AI talk about a brand versus its competitors. At Prex Technologies I designed and built the whole AI engine: weekly multi-model measurement, a 0–100 visibility score, source intelligence and agents that turn findings into actions. (LLMs, AI agents, AI engine, Next) - [SIGUE Network](https://siguenetwork.org/): Network that connects NGOs, social projects and companies across Latin America. I built and ran the WordPress site, then led the full migration to Next.js with an Express back end: 25+ bilingual routes with events, blog, donations and a member portal, far faster and fully responsive. (Next, Express, WordPress migration, Performance) - [CASA Ecuador](https://casaecuador.ec/): Ecuador's national sustainable-construction certification, run by the CEES under an agreement with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Technology (MIT). At Prex Technologies we built a configurable evaluation engine (criteria, credits and five levels that can change without code), the verifier workflow, QR-validated certificates and the admin panel. (Solution design, Evaluation engine, React, Admin panel) - [Concreto](https://concreto.com.ec/): Construction purchasing network in Ecuador. At Prex Technologies I made it findable by Google, Bing and AI agents (2,174 URLs in the sitemap, structured data on every page type, llms.txt and AI crawlers welcome), automated internal tasks and built the sales KPI dashboards. (SEO, AI search, Angular, KPIs) - [Stupendastic](https://www.stupendastic.com/): Audiovisual production company for construction and architecture. I automated 10 to 15 internal processes in Python on Monday.com and Dropbox, saving the team 10+ hours a week, and built dashboards to follow every person's tasks. (Automation, Python, Monday.com, Dashboards) - [Torre](https://torre.ai/): Global job network with an AI recruiter. I collaborated on several sections: candidate communication flows, fixes to legacy Scala and Vue code, and a Docker setup that sped up onboarding. (AI recruiting, Scala, Vue) - [AliceTrader](https://alicetrader.com/): Invitation-only automated trading platform connected to tastytrade. We built the app from scratch with all its connections: live account data over server-sent events, dashboard, trades, statistics, 2FA and admin, with 30% faster data loading. (Fintech, Real-time data, Nuxt, TypeScript) - [Pelom](https://www.pelom.co/): App for restaurants and cafés: multilingual QR menus and instant waiter calls. I collaborated on several sections of the product and its site. (SaaS, Next, TypeScript, Tailwind) - [Web Minds Studio](https://webmindsstudio.com/): Web and software studio in Quito with a five-language site. I improved its Next.js and TypeScript front end, with server-side rendering for SEO and speed. (Next, Tailwind, SEO) - [CafExporto](https://cafexporto.com/): Exporter of Ecuadorian specialty coffee. I built the original WordPress site, then migrated the whole design and CSS to Astro: 50 fast static pages, including one for each coffee lot. (Astro, WordPress migration, CSS) - [Portfolio Yanua](https://yanua.netlify.app/): Biotechnology research portfolio: projects, publications and collaborations, with direct email contact.
